This site is intended for adults located in Australia. It is an offence for anyone under 18 to bet, and this site is not for you if you are under 18. Some content may not be appropriate or lawful in other jurisdictions — if you access it from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and remain responsible for complying with your local laws.

This is the most important clause on the page, so we’ll be blunt about it. Our ratings, tips, previews, form analysis and commentary are general information and our own opinion. They are not financial advice, not betting advice, and not a recommendation that you place any particular bet.

We don’t know your circumstances and nothing here is tailored to them. Every bet you place is your decision alone, and you are solely responsible for it and for any losses that follow.

Betting involves risk and most people lose money over time. We make no promise, express or implied, that following anything on this site will produce a profit. Past results — ours or anyone else’s — do not predict future results.

We take reasonable care, but racing and sports data changes constantly and errors happen. In particular:

• —Prices move. Odds shown are correct as at the moment they were read and can change or be withdrawn at any time. Always confirm the price with the bookmaker before betting.
• —Fields change. Scratchings, rider and driver changes, track condition downgrades and abandonments can happen after we publish. A runner we rate may not start.
• —Third-party data.Some form data, ratings inputs and market information come from third parties. We can’t guarantee their accuracy or availability.

Where anything on this site conflicts with the bookmaker’s or the racing authority’s official information, theirs prevails.

We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, promotions, pricing or how they handle your information. Any account you open, and any bet you place, is between you and that operator, and is subject to their terms.

The content on this site — including our ratings, written analysis, page designs and branding — belongs to us or is used with permission. You’re welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote short extracts with credit and a link. You may not republish it in bulk, scrape it, or present it as your own or as part of a competing product without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• —use the site for anything unlawful, or to encourage anyone under 18 to bet;
• —attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;
• —scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or place unreasonable load on the site;
• —misrepresent your relationship with us, or imply we endorse you or your product.

We aim to keep the site up but don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the ratings, at any time and without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from any bet you place, including betting losses, lost profits and consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit rather than exclude our liability, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant information.

Betting should be entertainment you can afford, not a way to make money. Set a deposit limit, never chase losses, and take a break when it stops being fun.
